Acceptable Use Policy

1. You must hold the rights to what you upload

Before uploading anything, you must own the rights to it or have valid permission. That covers product photos, designs, and brand assets — and the likeness of every real person in the material. For anything involving a real person's likeness (face swap, outfit change, model try-on) you must already have that person's express permission.

Do not upload:

• the likeness of any third party without authorisation;
• the likeness of a minor;
• the likeness of a public figure, to depict acts or statements they did not make;
• works, trademarks, or brand assets you do not hold rights to.

2. Prohibited content

Do not use the Services to generate, edit, or distribute the following.

Unlawful content and content harmful to the public interest:

• content that breaks the law where you are;
• content endangering national security, inciting hatred, or promoting terrorism or extremism;
• fabricated information distributed to disrupt public order.

Content involving people:

• sexualised content involving minors in any form — zero tolerance; accounts are terminated immediately and reported to the authorities;
• intimate imagery without consent, and sexualised face swaps of real people;
• content that insults, defames, harasses, or threatens a specific person, or is used to expose their private information.

Deceptive content:

• content presented as a real photograph or a record of real events;
• forged identity documents, official documents, seals, invoices, or payment records;
• content impersonating another person;
• fake product photos, reviews, certifications, or credentials.

Other:

• violent, gory, or sexual content;
• content infringing another party's intellectual property;
• material used to build malware, phishing pages, or other attack assets.

3. Specific to e-commerce

Not legal jargon — these are the lines that actually get storefronts penalised:

• An AI-generated product image must match the real product. Showing a material, feature, dimension, or accessory the product does not have is false advertising in most jurisdictions, whether or not the image was AI-generated.
• A model try-on image is not a photograph of someone wearing the item. Label it where the marketplace requires.
• Do not use generated images to fake credentials, test reports, or awards.
• Do not generate product images carrying someone else's brand logo unless you own the brand or are an authorised reseller.

4. Prohibited conduct

• reverse engineering or decompiling the Services, or attempting to extract the underlying models, weights, prompts, or algorithms;
• bypassing or weakening content safety filters and rate limits;
• registering accounts in bulk or automatically, or otherwise farming free allowances;
• reselling, renting, or transferring accounts or access to the Services;
• using Output to train an AI model competing with us or our model providers;
• unauthorised load, security, or benchmark testing of the Services;
• maliciously deleting, altering, forging, or concealing the synthetic-content labels in output files, or supplying others with tools or services to do so.

5. How we enforce this

We detect breaches through a combination of automated screening and human review; submitted content may be scanned automatically. Depending on the nature and severity of a breach we may block a single generation, warn you and require correction, restrict features or suspend the account, terminate the account (unused credits are not refunded), and — where a criminal offence is suspected — preserve evidence and report to the authorities.

We will tell you the reason before or at the time we act wherever we can, but we may act first where an offence is suspected or to prevent further harm. If you believe a decision was wrong, appeal using the contact below.

6. Reporting and contact

To report content or conduct that breaches this policy, contact — with the link, a screenshot, and an explanation where possible. If your own likeness or work has been infringed, please include proof of your rights.
