Terms of Service

Last updated 2026-09-06 · This page is written in English.

This text has not completed legal review and the operating entity and governing law are not yet filled in. It is shown for preview only and is not a binding agreement.

These Terms are the agreement between you and aix0 ("we", "us", or "aix0") covering your access to and use of the aix0 website and related services (the "Services"). Please read them in full before using the Services, in particular Section 5 (Content and rights), Section 6 (Labelling of generated content), and Section 9 (Limitation of liability). By creating an account or otherwise using the Services you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms.

1. Scope

The Acceptable Use Policy and the Privacy Policy form part of these Terms.

If you are under 18, you may use the Services only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian. We do not offer the Services to anyone under 14.

2. The Services

aix0 is an AI image creation platform. It currently offers text-to-image and AI image editing, including face swap and outfit change. Image-to-video is not open; a capability marked "coming soon" on any page is not a commitment to ship it.

The Services are powered by several third-party AI model providers. We route between providers based on availability, quality, and cost, and we do not guarantee that any particular generation is produced by a particular provider or model.

We may add to, change, or discontinue any part of the Services. We will give advance notice on the site before materially reducing or discontinuing a paid capability; free and unreleased capabilities may change at any time.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when registering. The account and its workspace are yours, and you are responsible for everything done under it.

Keep your credentials safe. Do not transfer, rent, or sell your account. Contact us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.

If you breach these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy we may warn you, restrict features, or suspend or terminate the account. Unused credits are not refunded when an account is terminated for a breach.

4. Credits and payment

The Services are metered in credits. The cost of a generation depends on the capability and its parameters — output quality, count, video duration and resolution. The studio shows the estimated cost before you submit, and nothing runs until you confirm.

Failed generations are never charged. Credits are held when a task is submitted, deducted on success, and released in full on failure. Credits are not refunded for a successful result you are unhappy with: generative output is inherently variable, and that is a property of the service.

The amount, validity, and grant rules for signup credits, subscription credits, and credit packs are those shown on the page at the time you order. Credits are not a stored-value instrument: they cannot be exchanged, withdrawn, or transferred, and they do not earn interest.

Payments are handled by a third-party payment provider. Refunds follow the refund policy shown at checkout.

We may change prices. Changes take effect after notice on the site and do not affect purchases you already completed.

5. Content and rights

Images you upload, prompts you write, and other material you supply are your "Input". You represent and warrant that you hold the necessary rights to the Input or have obtained valid permission — including rights in product photos, designs, and brand assets, and a portrait release from every real person appearing in the material. This matters especially for capabilities involving people, such as model try-on. You are responsible for third-party claims arising from your Input and will indemnify us against losses we suffer as a result.

Images, videos, and other results you obtain from the Services are your "Output". Provided you comply with these Terms and the Acceptable Use Policy, we do not claim ownership of your Output and we grant you the right to use it worldwide and without time limit for personal and commercial purposes, including product listings, detail pages, advertising, and social media.

Three things about Output must be stated plainly:

  • We do not warrant that Output attracts copyright protection. In some jurisdictions AI-generated material is not a protectable work; this depends on local law and on the facts of each case.
  • We do not warrant that Output is unique. The same or similar prompts may produce similar results for other users, and both we and our model providers reserve the right to generate similar content for others. The grant above does not extend to other users' Output.
  • We do not warrant that Output is free of third-party rights. Assess the legality and suitability of Output before commercial use, with human review where appropriate.

We do not use your Input or Output to train our own models. How third-party model providers handle submitted content is governed by their own terms, and we cannot make commitments on their behalf beyond those terms. If the data handling on any route changes materially, we will update this section and give notice on the site.

The aix0 site, software, interface design, trademarks, and brand assets belong to us. These Terms grant no licence to them. You may not reverse engineer the Services, use Output to develop an AI model competing with us or our model providers, or resell or transfer the Services or your access credentials.

6. Labelling of generated content

Images and videos produced through the Services are AI-generated synthetic content. This section is written to meet China's Measures for Labelling AI-Generated Synthetic Content and applies to users in mainland China.

How we label. We apply two kinds of marking. An explicit label is rendered visibly on the image or video. An implicit label is written into the metadata of any file you download, copy, or export, and carries the synthetic-content attribute, the service provider's name or code, and a content identifier. The implicit label is always written, including on output you request without an explicit label.

Requesting output without an explicit label. We recognise that commercial uses such as product photography usually cannot carry a visible label. You may choose to generate without one, and in doing so you accept the following obligations:

  • when publishing that content through any content distribution service, declare it as AI-generated synthetic content and use the labelling function the platform provides;
  • do not maliciously delete, alter, forge, or conceal the implicit label in the file, and do not help others do so;
  • accept full responsibility for any consequence of failing to label as required by law.

For output produced without an explicit label we retain logs identifying the recipient for no less than six months.

You must not present Output as human-created, nor imply that it is a real photograph or a record of real events.

7. Availability

We work to keep the Services available but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, upgrades, model provider outages, network failures, and force majeure can all cause interruptions.

Generations that fail because a model provider is unavailable are handled under Section 4: the held credits are released.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Services and request account deletion at any time. The grace period, data deletion, and recovery rules are set out in the Privacy Policy.

Section 5 (Content and rights), Section 9 (Limitation of liability), and any other provision that by its nature should survive, continue to apply after termination.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Services are provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law we disclaim all express and implied warranties as to the Services or the Output, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you will not exceed the fees you actually paid for the Services in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the liability. We are not liable for indirect loss, lost profits, lost goodwill, or lost data.

Nothing in this section excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

10. Changes, governing law, and contact

We may revise these Terms. Material revisions will be announced on the site before they take effect. Continuing to use the Services after that means you accept them.

These Terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by —. Disputes should first be raised with us directly; failing resolution, they are submitted to —.
